Inspired by the classic Parmiggiano Reggiano, this hard cheese is an all-time favourite. Known for its nutty taste and crumbly texture our small batch Parmesan wheels are a must try.

- Shelf Life – Best within 90 days. Once opened consume in 15 days.
- Storage – Take out from the vacuum pack, wrap loosely in a cheese cloth/parchment paper & store in a box, in the bottom drawer of refrigerator. Moulding is natural. Edible rind.

Process – Whole milk is added to skimmed milk, curds cooked till very small and aged for a minimum of 12 months.
Flavour Profile – Nutty, umami, flaky and crumbly, this cheese gets sharper as it ages. Melts well unless it is very matured
Serving suggestions – Great as a cooking or snacking cheese, it is truly versatile. Served best with sweet fruits and jams, shaved on salads and cooked recipes and with cold cuts
