Inspired by the traditional Greek feta, our goat fetta is made with a mixture of goat (80%) and cow milk (20%), and comes in a brine solution.

Made with goat milk.

Process – Fresh cheese curds stirred and ladled into moulds, drained and then brined. 

Flavour Profile – Tangy, creamy, salty, tad crumbly, does not melt easily

Serving suggestions – Great in salads. Can be whipped to make dips. Goes very well in Greek/Turkish recipes. A Mediterranean style pizza along with some mozzarella is a hit
