An ode to our rich Indian spice tradition, this cheese is a great combination of a mildly spicy interior coupled with a complex herby exterior with hints of fenugreek and mustard.

  • Shelf Life – Best within 60 days. Once opened consume in 10 days.
  • Storage – Take out from the vacuum pack, wrap loosely in a cheese cloth/parchment paper & store in a box, in the bottom drawer of refrigerator. Moulding is natural. Edible rind.

Process – A washed curd cheese, it is mixed with bird’s eye chilli, coated with aromatic herbs several times during an aging period of 3 to 6 months

Flavour Profile – a perfect choice for those who enjoy some spiciness and aroma in their cheese. While the scent of spices like fenugreek and mustard are the first notes one feels, the lingering aftertaste is creamy with a hint of chilli.

Serving suggestions – Best served with crackers and bread. Great for salads and recipes of choice.
