Process – Black mustard seeds and green chillies infused with our fetta style cow milk cheese
Flavour Profile – A sharp tangy aroma of feta hits the nose, followed by distinctive black mustard notes. The first bite mouthfeel is that of tart feta and sharp mustard. And then comes the gorgeous kick and lingering aroma of fresh green chillies along with the smoky aftertaste of mustard.
Serving suggestions – Great on party cheese boards. Best served with crackers or used in fusion forward recipes.
