A Swiss origin cheese that works brilliantly on the Indian palate. Aged for 3-5 weeks, this cheese is a flavour bomb!

  • Shelf Life – Best within 60 days. Once opened consume in 10 days.
  • Storage – Take out from the vacuum pack, wrap loosely in a cheese cloth/parchment paper & store in a box, in the bottom drawer of refrigerator. Moulding is natural. Edible rind.

Process – Lactic set long fermented cheese, mixed with garlic powder and then coated with crushed peppercorns and Himalayan pink salt.

Flavour Profile – This one is for those who enjoy big bold flavours. Tangy paste inside with a sharp rind.

Serving suggestions – Pairs well with any sweet fresh/ dry fruits/ jams & marmalades. Excellent on cheese platters served with crackers/ bread
