Process – Slow fermented lactic cheese drained for days, salted and flavoured with our house made aromatic chilli oil.
Flavour Profile – Aroma of chilli oil, mildly tangy with a punch from the chilli oil and a buttery mouthfeel. Soft, smooth, spreadable texture.
Serving suggestions – On sourdough toast/ crackers. Can be used as a dip or spread or used for cooking and baking.
Pairing – Dry/ sweet white wines/ Rose
