Made with light cream (25% milk fat) and cow milk
Process – Milk and cream set to a thick curd, drained and salted. Then mixed with caramelised onions and dash of dried thyme.
Flavour Profile – Rich buttery texture with a sweet and savoury flavour profile along with the gorgeous smoky aroma of caramelised onions. The umami is very palpable.
